RDC Antibody

RDC antibodies function as antigen-binding carriers that direct radionuclides to cancer-associated cell-surface targets for imaging or therapy[1]. Mechanistically, radioimmunotherapy uses monoclonal antibodies to deliver particulate radiation to tumor cells while limiting normal-tissue exposure[1][2]. Compared with small-molecule or peptide RDC vectors, intact antibodies provide high antigen specificity but require pharmacokinetic engineering to optimize circulation, tumor penetration, and clearance[3][4]. In disease models and clinical studies, antibody-radionuclide conjugates have been applied to lymphoma and solid-tumor targets, including CD45-targeted lymphoma treatment and mesothelin-targeted thorium-227 therapy[5][6]. For RDC antibody design, the key distinction from antibody fragments is that intact IgG supports prolonged exposure, whereas engineered fragments can improve tissue penetration and imaging contrast[3][4].- Select antigens with tumor enrichment, stable expression, and compatibility with antibody biodistribution.- Match antibody format, chelator, and radionuclide half-life to imaging or therapy goals.

    Lintuzumab
    98.09%
Lintuzumab (HUM-195) is an anti-CD33 humanized monoclonal antibody. Lintuzumab reduces the production of TNFα-induced pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines by AML cells. Lintuzumab promotes tumor cell killing through antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and phagocytosis (ADCP) activities against MDR and MDR+ AML cell lines and primary AML patient samples. Lintuzumab enhances survival and reduces tumor burden in mice.
