Cizutamig (CND-106) is a bispecific T-cell engager targeting BCMA and CD3. Cizutamig exhibits immunostimulatory and anti-tumor activities. Cizutamig can be used in research related to relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma and systemic lupus erythematosus^[1].

Cizutamig exhibits binding affinity to BCMA-expressing myeloma cell lines comparable to that of T cell engagers (TCEs), while its binding affinity to CD3-positive Jurkat T cells is lower than that of the benchmark BCMA×CD3 TCE^[1].
