Influenza virus-IN-3 

Influenza virus-IN-3 (compound 9) is a potent and selective influenza virus inhibitor with IC₅₀s of 0.88, 0.10, 5.5, 0.51 µM for H5N1, H5N2, H5N6, H5N8, respectively. Influenza virus-IN-3 shows antiviral and NA (neuraminidase enzyme)-inhibitory activity. Influenza virus-IN-3 shows low cytotoxicity with an CC₅₀ of >200 µM^[1].

IC₅₀: 0.88 µM (H5N1); 0.10 µM (H5N2); 5.5 µM (H5N6); 0.51 µM (H5N8)^[1]

Influenza virus-IN-3 (compound 9a) shows NA (neuraminidase enzyme)-inhibitory activity with IC₅₀s of 118.17, 1442.6, 34543.33, 78.06, 10206, 0.00048, 0.01222 nM for H5N1, H5N2, H5N6, H5N8, H5N1eH274Y, N1 (H1N1pdm09) and N2 (H3N2), respectively^[1].
