Lorvotuzumab mertansine is an ADC consisting of a humanized N901 monoclonal antibody against CD56 bound to maytansinoid DM1 via a stable disulfide linker. Lorvotuzumab mertansine has antitumor activity[1].

In Vitro

Lorvotuzumab mertansine (0.001-100 nM, 8 days) shows targeted cell killing activity against both cell lines, with the IC50 values of 0.2 nM for NCI-H526 and 5 nM for NCI-H69 cell lines[1].

Lorvotuzumab mertansine (3-51 mg/kg, i.v., once) has potent anti-tumour activity in CB.17 SCID mice with SW2 SCLC xenograft tumor[1].
