Abstract

Targeted protein degradation and biomarker-guided therapy offer complementary strategies for controlling transcription-driven cancers. One approach eliminates BCL6 through heterobifunctional degraders, while another defines S100A8/A9-centered biomarkers that predict response to BET inhibition. Together, they reveal how combining protein elimination with molecular stratification can overcome resistance, refine patient selection, and enable more durable therapeutic responses in oncology.
