Mouse Laminin 

Mouse Laminin is a Laminin from mouse that can be used as a thin coating on tissue culture surfaces or as a soluble additive to culture media^[1][2].

Black, clear bottom 96-well tissue culture plates are coated with either Laminin-entactin (LE), Laminin, or extracellular matrix (ECM) gel at a concentration range of 25-200 µg/mL. Each adhesive substrate is diluted in PBS (6 mM KCl, 1 mM Na₂HPO₄, 0.2 mM, NaH₂HPO₄.H₂0, 1.4 mM MgSO₄.7H₂0, 128 mM NaCl, 1.2 mM Ca²⁺, 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.4) to obtain the required final concentrations (25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175 and 200 μg/mL), and 5 µL is placed in the middle of each well. The coated plates are incubated overnight at 5% CO₂ and 37˚С, washed twice with PBS buffer and air dried in a laminar flow hood prior to seeding of the cardiomyocytes^[3].
