CD200R1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His)

CD200R1 protein is an inhibitory receptor that regulates key interactions by binding to the CD200/OX2 glycoprotein, thereby limiting inflammation by inhibiting TNF-α, interferons, and iNOS. CD200R1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived CD200R1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

Description

CD200R1 protein is an inhibitory receptor that regulates key interactions by binding to the CD200/OX2 glycoprotein, thereby limiting inflammation by inhibiting TNF-α, interferons, and iNOS. CD200R1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived CD200R1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

Background

CD200R1 is an inhibitory receptor that acts as a key regulator by binding to the CD200/OX2 cell surface glycoprotein. Its regulatory role extends to limiting inflammation in response to specific stimuli by inhibiting pro-inflammatory molecules including TNF-α, interferons, and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS). CD200R1 exhibits comparable affinity and kinetics when binding to the human herpesvirus 8 K14 viral CD200 homolog. The interaction between CD200 and CD200R1 is facilitated by their respective N-terminal Ig-like domains. In addition, CD200R1 binds to the human herpesvirus 8 vOX2 protein, further extending its multifunctional interactions in cellular processes.

Reconstitution

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH2O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Storage & Stability

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.

Shipping
