Gag-Pol polyprotein, HIV (440a.a, His)

The Gag-Pol polyprotein plays a central role in virion assembly, cooperating with Gag to bind to the plasma membrane, promote protein-protein interactions, recruit viral Env proteins, and package genomic RNA through direct interaction with the RNA packaging sequence (Psi).
