IL-1RAcP/IL-1 R3 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His)

IL-1RAcP/IL-1 R3 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived IL-1R3/IL-1 RAcP protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-His tag.

IL-1R3/IL-1 RAcP associates with secreted ligand-bound IL1R2 and increases the affinity of secreted IL1R2 for IL1B. This complex formation may be the dominant mechanism for neutralization of IL1B by secreted/soluble receptors. Additionally, IL-1R3/IL-1 RAcP enhances the ability of secreted IL1R1 to inhibit IL-33 signaling.

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Cynomolgus IL-1R3, His Tag at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on the plate can bind Anti-IL-1R3 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC₅₀ of 2.0-3.0 ng/mL determined by ELISA.

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
