Neuropilin-2 Protein, a pivotal player, serves as a high-affinity receptor for semaphorins 3C and 3F, VEGF-165, VEGF-145, and PLGF-2. Beyond its role in growth factors, Neuropilin-2 plays a critical function in microbial infection, acting as a receptor facilitating pentamer-dependent entry of human cytomegalovirus into epithelial and endothelial cells. Neuropilin-2 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived Neuropilin-2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.

Neuropilin-2 Protein emerges as a pivotal player, demonstrating a high-affinity receptor role for semaphorins 3C and 3F, as well as the VEGF-165 and VEGF-145 isoforms of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and the PLGF-2 isoform of placental growth factor (PGF).
