TSLP Protein, Human (Biotinylated, R127A, R130A, HEK293, His-Avi)

TSLP Protein, a cytokine, stimulates T-cell-attracting chemokine release from monocytes and enhances CD11c(+) dendritic cell maturation. It directly activates mast cells, possibly inducing allergic inflammation. TSLP may also possess antimicrobial properties in the oral cavity and on the skin. TSLP Protein, Human (Biotinylated, R127A, R130A, HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived TSLP protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-His labeled tag and R127A, R130A mutation.

The TSLP protein is a cytokine that stimulates the release of T-cell-attracting chemokines from monocytes, with a particular effect on enhancing the maturation of CD11c(+) dendritic cells. Additionally, this protein can directly activate mast cells, potentially leading to the induction of allergic inflammation. It is also suggested that TSLP may have antimicrobial properties in the oral cavity and on the skin.

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When immobilized Anti-TSLP Antibody, hFc Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/Well), can bind Biotinylated Human TSLP (R127A,R130A),His Tag and the EC₅₀ is <5 ng/ml.
