Deltafluorine inhibits signaling through the MAPK and Akt-mTOR pathway, reduces ERK1/2 expression. Deltafluorine reduces tumor volume in an autochthonous mouse model of Kras-driven lung adenocarcinoma. Deltafluorine can be used for the research of lung adenocarcinoma .
