Enfortumab vedotin-ejfv (solution) is an anti-Nectin-4 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). Enfortumab vedotin-ejfv (solution) is a fully humanized IgG1 antibody conjugated to the microtubule disrupting agent MMAE (HY-15162) via a protease-cleavable Val-Cit linker. In Vitro

Enfortumab vedotin-ejfv is a humanized, monoclonal ADC that binds to a protein expressed on the surface of cancer cells, Nectin-4. When Enfortumab vedotin-ejfv binds to Nectin-4 on cells, it is internalized into the cell which allows proteases to break down the linker and MMAE is released. MMAE impairs the microtubule network within the cell, blocking mitosis and subsequently leading to cell death[2].
