Pinatuzumab vedotin  (Synonyms: anti-CD22-vc-MMAE; DCDT2980S)

Pinatuzumab vedotin, an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), is a CD22 humanized monoclonal antibody Pinatuzumab (HY-P99230) conjugated to VcMMAE (HY-15575). Pinatuzumab vedotin has antitumor activities^[1].

Pinatuzumab vedotin (5 mg/kg, i.v., one single dose) displays systemic Monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) at about 5-fold higher blood concentration compared to plasma concentration once MMAE reached a pseudo-equilibrium in mouse whilst systemic MMAE from blood and plasma concentration showed a 1.65-fold difference in rat^[2].
