In Vivo

Porcine Serum Albumin (200 mg/kg; intravenous injection; Day 0 and Day 28) induces significant anti-PSA IgG antibodies in healthy rats within 56 days and elicits a robust secondary immune response after the second administration^[1].

Dosage:	200 mg/kg
Administration:	i.v.; on day 0 and day 28
Result:	Increased anti-PSA IgG antibody levels from 7 days after the first administration. Caused a sharp rise in anti-PSA IgG antibody levels after the second administration. Reached an absorbance at 490 nm (indicating anti-PSA IgG) of approximately 0.15 at day 56.
