Alpha-2-Antiplasmin/Serpin F2 Protein, Human (HEK293, His)

Alpha-2-Antiplasmin/Serpin F2 Protein, a serine protease inhibitor, primarily targets plasmin and trypsin, also inactivating matriptase-3/TMPRSS7 and chymotrypsin. It can form a heterodimer with TMPRSS7, enhancing its protease inhibitory activity. Alpha-2-Antiplasmin/Serpin F2 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived Alpha-2-Antiplasmin/Serpin F2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

Alpha-2-Antiplasmin/Serpin F2 Protein is a serine protease inhibitor that primarily targets plasmin and trypsin, but it also inactivates matriptase-3/TMPRSS7 and chymotrypsin. Furthermore, it has the capability to form a protease inhibiting heterodimer with TMPRSS7, thereby enhancing its inhibitory activity.

Measured by its ability to inhibit trypsin cleavage of a fluorogenic peptide substrate,Mca-RPKPVE-Nval-WRK(Dnp)-NH2 (Anaspec) . The IC₅₀ value is 0.1-0.5 nM .
