As a ligand of CD27, CD70 protein is an indispensable part of T cell immune coordination and is of particular importance in antiviral responses. The CD70-CD27 pathway emerged as a key player that contributes to the generation and maintenance of T cell-mediated immune responses. Animal-Free CD70 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived animal-FreeCD70 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His labeled tag. This product is for cell culture use only.

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
