Delta-like protein 4/DLL4 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc)

The DLL4 protein, a homolog of the Drosophila delta gene family, encodes Notch ligands with a DSL domain, EGF repeats, and a transmembrane domain. DLL4 is widely expressed in tissues, including placenta (RPKM 11.5), fat (RPKM 11.2), and 22 others. Delta-like protein 4/DLL4 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived Delta-like protein 4/DLL4 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.

Delta-like protein 4 (DLL4) is a homolog of the Drosophila delta gene family, encoding Notch ligands that possess a DSL domain, EGF repeats, and a transmembrane domain. DLL4 displays broad expression in various tissues, including placenta (RPKM 11.5), fat (RPKM 11.2), and 22 other tissues.

1. Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to enhance BMP2-induced alkaline phosphatase activity in C3H10T1/2 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells and the ED₅₀ is typically 2.2 µg/mL in the presence of 500 ng/mL recombinant human BMP2.
2. Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to enhance BMP-2 induced alkaline phosphatase activity in C3H10T1/2 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells. The ED50 for this effect is approximately 0.05348 μg/ml in the presence of 100 ng/mL Mouse BMP-2, corresponding to a specific activity is 1.870×10^4 units/mg.
