Fc gamma RIIA/CD32a Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His)

Fc gamma RIIA/CD32a protein belongs to the FC family of receptor proteins and is a type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein that binds immunoglobulin subtypes IgG1-4 and can bind c-reactive protein (CRP) with high affinity. It plays an important role in immune regulation in many infections, including malaria. Fc gamma RIIA/CD32a Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived Fc gamma RIIA/CD32a protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

Fc gamma RIIA/CD32a Protein contains a polymorphic variant (H/R131) that is associated with susceptibility variability in bacterial diseases and Plasmodium falciparum parasitemia. Fc gamma RIIA/CD32a Protein is a low-affinity IgG receptor that binds immunoglobulin subtypes IgG1-4 and can bind c-reactive protein (CRP) with high affinity, playing an important role in immune regulation^[1].
Fc gamma RIIA/CD32a Protein inhibits the production of type I and type III Interferons in human marrow immune cells^[2].
Fc gamma RIIA/CD32a protein promotes phagocytosis of opsonized antigens, further promoting immune defense mechanisms^[3].

Rituximab captured on CM5 Chip via Protein A can bind Cynomolgus Fc gamma RIIA, His Tag with an affinity constant of 3.65 μM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
