1,6-Diphenylhexa-1,3,5-triene (0-3.0 nM; 10-40 μg of protein/mL membrane; 10-65 min; 25-48°C) uptake by rat adipocyte membranes increases with membrane concentration, probe concentration, and incubation temperature, with faster incorporation rates at higher temperatures, reaching a temperature-sensitive equilibrium state[1].
