Boc-FlFlF (1 μM) exerts a selective antagonistic effect on FPR1 and does not inhibit the increase in intracellular calcium concentration induced by the FPR2-selective agonist MMK-1[1].
Boc-FlFlF (1 μM) has an apparent dissociation constant (KD) of 230 nM as determined by the intracellular calcium mobilization assay[1].
Boc-FlFlF (0.0001-100 µM, 5 min pre-treatment) inhibits fMLF (FPR agonist)-induced superoxide production in neutrophils in a concentration-dependent manner with an EC50of 0.25 µM [2].

  • Protocol 1

    Add each solvent one by one:  10% DMSO    90% Corn Oil

    Solubility: 2.5 mg/mL (3.18 mM); Clear solution; Need ultrasonic

    This protocol yields a clear solution of 2.5 mg/mL. If the continuous dosing period exceeds half a month, please choose this protocol carefully.

    Taking 1 mL working solution as an example, add 100 μL DMSO stock solution (25.0 mg/mL) to 900 μL Corn oil, and mix evenly.
