Cagrilintide acetate (compound 23) (0.1, 1, 3, 10, 30 nmol/kg; s.c.single) reduces food intake in the rat[1].
Cagrilintide acetate (10 nmol/kg; i.v. or s.c.; single) shows good pharmacokinetic parameters[1].
