    Human breast cancer organoids can grow within a 3D membrane matrix when using the Human Breast Cancer Organoid Kit (HY-K6101).
    Breast cancer cells isolated from fresh breast cancer tissues can undergo primary culture of breast cancer organoids using the medium provided by the Human Breast Cancer Organoid Kit (HY-K6101). After 6 days of culture, the organoids reach 100 μm in size. The cultured breast cancer organoids can be passaged within 7-10 days (scale bar: 200 μm).

    MCE Human Breast Cancer Organoid Kit contains Breast Cancer Organoid Basal Medium A, Breast Cancer Organoid Supplement B (50×), Breast Cancer Organoid Supplement C (250×). This product can be used to efficiently construct human breast cancer organoid.

    Breast cancer organoid can highly simulate the tumor microenvironment of breast cancer, facilitating the observation of breast cancer cell growth and proliferation, which can be used to track the changes of tumor cells under the action of drugs and screen the efficacy and toxicity of drugs.

    Basal Medium A : 4℃, 1 year. Shipping with blue ice.

    Supplement B (50×) & Supplement C (250×) : -20°C, 1 year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Shipping with dry ice.
