MCE Human Ovarian Cancer Organoid Complete Culture Medium is a pre-mixed, ready-to-use formulation composed of a basal ovarian cancer organoid medium and multiple key culture supplements at optimized ratios. This medium requires no additional preparation and enables the efficient and stable establishment of human ovarian cancer organoid models.

MCE Human Ovarian Cancer Organoid Complete Culture Medium supports long-term growth and expansion of ovarian cancer organoids. Organoids generated using this medium closely recapitulate the structural and functional characteristics of the ovarian cancer tumor microenvironment, allowing dynamic observation of tumor cell growth, proliferation, and morphological changes. This product is well suited for anti-cancer drug screening, efficacy and toxicity evaluation, and tumor biology research, providing a robust and reliable in vitro platform for ovarian cancer studies.

It is recommended aliquot and store frozen if the product cannot be used in a single session.

Achtung

1. This product is sterile. Perform all procedures using aseptic techniques to prevent contamination.

2. Strict aseptic conditions must be maintained throughout the isolation of primary tissue-derived cells to avoid contamination in subsequent experiments.

3. During organoid passaging and enzymatic dissociation, closely monitor the fragmentation status. Terminate dissociation once small cell clusters (approximately 10–50 cells) are observed to prevent over-dissociation, which may adversely affect subsequent organoid viability and growth.

4. Basement membrane matrix handling must be performed at low temperature throughout to prevent premature gelation. After resuspending cells, promptly dispense the matrix–cell mixture into culture wells and avoid bubble formation as much as possible.

5. This product is for R&D use only, not for drug, household, or other uses.

  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

    Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
