Potassium dihydrogen phosphate downregulates the expression of IκBα in the cytoplasm, increases the expression of p-P65 in the cytoplasm, and upregulates the expression of P65 in the nucleus, thereby activating the NF-κB pathway. Potassium dihydrogen phosphate promotes the proliferation of human periodontal ligament stem cells in the logarithmic growth phase. Potassium dihydrogen phosphate upregulates the expression of odontogenic/osteogenic markers (OCN, DSP/DSPP, OSX, RUNX2, ALP) in human periodontal ligament stem cells and enhances the mineralization capacity of these cells. Eur., NF, E340, is a reagent with buffering capacity, used for preparing biological buffers. Potassium dihydrogen phosphate downregulates the expression of IκBα in the cytoplasm, increases the expression of p-P65 in the cytoplasm, and upregulates the expression of P65 in the nucleus, thereby activating the NF-κB pathway. Potassium dihydrogen phosphate promotes the proliferation of human periodontal ligament stem cells in the logarithmic growth phase. In Vitro

Potassium dihydrogen phosphate (0.18-180 mM; 3 h) induces the highest ALP activity and protein expression in hPDLSCs at 1.8 mM[1].
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate (1.8 mM; 1-9 days) promotes the proliferation of PDLSCs in logarithmic growth phase without affecting cell apoptosis[1].
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate (1.8 mM; 3-14 days) enhances dentin/osteogenic differentiation and mineralization capacity of periodontal ligament stem cells (PDLSCs) by upregulating dentin/osteogenic marker genes and proteins[1].
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate (1.8 mM; 0-120 min) activates the NF-κB pathway in PDLSCs by downregulating cytoplasmic IκBα, upregulating cytoplasmic p-P65, and promoting the nuclear translocation of P65[1].
The enhanced odontogenic/osteogenic differentiation of periodontal ligament stem cells (PDLSCs) induced by potassium dihydrogen phosphate (1.8 mM; 30-60 min, combined with BMS345541 for 14 days) can be attenuated by BMS345541 (HY-10519) via inhibition of the NF-κB pathway[1].
