Rasburicase 

Rasburicase is a recombinant form of urate oxidase that works by catalyzing the oxidation of uric acid to allantoin, which has a higher solubility. Rasburicase specifically degrades uric acid, rapidly lowers blood uric acid levels, and improves inflammation and kidney damage caused by uric acid crystal deposition. Rasburicase can effectively lower uric acid and prevent uric acid nephropathy, and is used in the study of severe hyperuricemia associated with tumor lysis syndrome (TLS) and refractory gout^[1][2][3].

Rasburicase (0.2 mg/kg; intravenous injection; once daily; 5-7 days) rapidly reduces blood uric acid levels in the nude mouse tumor lysis syndrome (TLS) model and prevents uric acid crystal deposition and renal injury^[1].
Rasburicase (100 μg; intravenous injection; 3 times; days -3, 0, +3) inhibits anti-rasburicase antibody production in mice, reduces the number of splenic antigen-specific B cells and T cells, and upregulates the proportion of regulatory T cells (Treg)^[3].
