The Angiopoietin-1 Protein is a secreted glycoprotein that is a key ligand in the vascular tyrosine kinase signaling pathway. ANGPT1 stimulates angiogenesis by activating PTK2/FAK and downstream kinase MAPK1/ERK2 and MAPK3/ERK1 signaling pathways. The Angiopoietin-1 Protein regulates the formation and stability of blood vessels and plays an important role in vascular development. ANGPT1 affects the proliferation, migration and differentiation of skeletal muscle cells[1][2][3].

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
