Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, for molecular biology  (Synonyms: Sodium phosphate monobasic dihydrate, for molecular biology)

Cat. No.: HY-Y0332H
Instruction de manipulation Technical Support

Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate (Sodium phosphate monobasic dihydrate), for molecular biology is a phosphate compound and nucleating agent. At a content of 1.2%, Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, for molecular biology eliminates the supercooling degree of sodium acetate trihydrate to 0°C while maintaining or slightly enhancing its latent heat storage capacity. Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, for molecular biology can serve as a starting material for the synthesis of degradable sodium phosphate glasses, which are applied in craniomaxillofacial bone repair. Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, for molecular biology is widely used in research on craniomaxillofacial bone repair and related fields.

Description

Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, for molecular biology is widely used in research on craniomaxillofacial bone repair and related fields[1][2].

In Vitro

Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate (0.6-1.2%) eliminates the supercooling of sodium acetate trihydrate phase change material completely (to 0 °C) at concentrations of 1.0% and 1.2%, while preserving or slightly increasing latent heat storage capacity and maintaining high thermal conductivity near 0.6 W m-1 K-1[2].
Solid sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate particles (1.0%) partially reduce the supercooling of sodium acetate trihydrate to 12.8 °C but do not fully eliminate it[2].
Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate (1.0%), when integrated into sodium acetate trihydrate composites in a PPY-equipped thermoelectric system, enables solar-to-electricity conversion by storing and releasing thermal energy to drive sustained current generation[2].

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
