Anti-Flu A (H7N9) HA/Hemagglutinin Antibody (m826) mediates potent concentration-dependent ADCC cytotoxicity against H7N9 HA-expressing 293T cells, with greater activity than the positive control antibody CR9114 (HY-P992083)[2].
Anti-Flu A (H7N9) HA/Hemagglutinin Antibody (m826) exhibits weak-to-moderate hemagglutination inhibition activity against H7N9 influenza A HA at an endpoint concentration of 5 μg/mL[2].

In Vivo

Anti-Flu A (H7N9) HA/Hemagglutinin Antibody (m826) (0.5-1 mg per mouse; i.p.; single dose) confers 100% survival in BALB/c mice against lethal H7N9 virus challenge when administered either 12 hours before or 12 hours after viral exposure, while a 0.5 mg dose provides partial protection and reduces associated lung pathology[2].

Animal Model: BALB/c (female, 6-8 weeks old, 18.0 g)[2]
Dosage: 1 mg per mouse; 0.5 mg per mouse
Administration: i.p.; single dose
Result: Conferred full survival under both prophylactic and therapeutic dosing; achieved 80% survival at 0.5 mg prophylactic dose; achieved 60% survival at 0.5 mg therapeutic dose.
Lessened weight loss by day 9 before weight rebound at 0.5 mg prophylactic dose.
Triggered weight recovery 6-8 days post-infection across all treated groups.
