    CD34+ cells in human umbilical cord blood were sorted using the Human CD34+ Cells Negative Selection Kit (HY-K0305). CD34+ cells were enriched from human cord blood mononuclear cells (CBMCs). Cells before and after sorting were stained with FITC-conjugated anti-human CD45 (clone HI30) and PE-conjugated anti-human CD34 antibody (clone 581) for flow cytometric analysis. The results showed that the proportion of CD34+ cells increased from 1.0% (pre-sorting) to 12.0% after the first sort, and further to 27.5% after the second sort.

    MCE Human CD34+ Cells Negative Selection Kit is designed for the isolation of CD34+ cells from human cord blood mononuclear cells (CBMC) or human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). Its principle hinges on utilizing a biotin-labeled monoclonal antibody to mark non-target cells (non-CD34+ cells), which are subsequently removed using streptavidin-labeled magnetic beads. This process effectively facilitates the sorting of human CD34+ cells.

    • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?
