Isoindigo (blended at 1:1 ratio with P3HT) functions as an n-type acceptor material in all-polymer solar cells, achieving a PCE of 0.5%[1].
Isoindigo (compound 1) exhibited antiproliferative activity against various human cancer cell lines (leukemia cell lines K562 and HL60, colon cancer cell line HCT116, and liver cancer cell line HuH7) and normal lung fibroblasts (IMR-90). The IC50 values ​​of isoindigo against K562, HL60, and the liver cancer cell line HuH7 were 6.7 μM, 16.6 μM, 28.9 μM, and 16.3 μM, respectively[3].
