MEDI-8852 (1-10 mg/kg; i.p.; single dose; 24 hours pre-challenge) confers dose-dependent prophylactic efficacy against H5N1 influenza in BALB/c mice, with 10 mg/kg providing 100% survival and no significant weight loss^[1].
MEDI-8852 (1-10 mg/kg; i.p.; single dose; 24, 48, or 72 hours post-infection) confers time- and dose-dependent therapeutic efficacy against H7N9 influenza in BALB/c mice, with 10 mg/kg administered at 24 hours post-infection providing 90% survival^[1].
