4-1BBR/TNFRSF9 Protein, Human (CHO, Fc) is a polypeptide chain with the C-termimal human IgG1 Fc fragment produced in CHO. 4-1BB is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily.

Background

4-1BB:4-1BBL are a member of the TNFR:TNF ligand family, which are expressed on T cells and antigen-presenting cells (APCs), respectively. Therapies utilizing the 4-1BB:4-1BBL signaling pathway have been shown to have antitumor effects in a number of model systems. 4-1BB:4-1BBL costimulation has be used for the immunotherapy of cancer[1].

Biological Activity
Binding ability is measured by immobilized ELISA, 1 µg/mL (100 µL/well) of immoblized recombinant human 4-1BB-Fc Chimera produces 50% optimal binding response approximately 5-15 ng/mL.
