tert-Butyl 2,7-diazaspiro[3.5]nonane-2-carboxylate is a PROTAC linker. tert-Butyl 2,7-diazaspiro[3.5]nonane-2-carboxylate can be used in the synthesis of PROTAC ER Degrader-12 (HY-160264) and PROTAC AR Degrader-9 (HY-170332)[1].

In Vitro

PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
