Z-Leu-Leu-Glu-AMC (Z-LLE-AMC) is a peptide-AMC linked substrate used to measure the postacidic-like hydrolysing activity of proteasome. Z-Leu-Leu-Glu-AMC can be used for the research of parkinson's disease[1].

In Vitro

Z-Leu-Leu-Glu-AMC (75 μM) is used as a substrate to detect proteasomal postacidic-like activity, which is reduced by 33% in substantia nigra pars compacta homogenates of idiopathic Parkinson’s disease[1].
