Anti-Mouse CD20 Antibody (AISB12) (250 μg, i.p., 1 week before the first virus injection and continued weekly until the termination of the animals) can clear B cells and inhibit IgG antibody production in C57BL/6 mice[1].
Anti-Mouse CD20 Antibody (AISB12) (300 μg, i.p., on day 5, 8, 10, 12, 15 and 18) can clear B cells in female C57BL/6 mice bearing B16F10 tumors[2].

Animal Model: C57BL/6 mice (6-12 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 250 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), 1 week before the first virus injection and continued weekly until the termination of the animals
Result: Exhausted B cells and completely eliminated IgG antibodies, but IgM antibodies still persisted.
Animal Model: 5×104 B16F10 cells injected female C57BL/6 mice (6-8 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 300 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 5, 8, 10, 12, 15 and 18
Result: Successfully cleared B cells.
