Anti-Mouse CD200 Antibody (OX-90) (250 μg, i.p., once every 3 days, from day 7 to day 18) reduces immune cell infiltration and T cell function in tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) in C57BL/6 mice bearing Yumm1.7 tumors^[1].
Anti-Mouse CD200 Antibody (OX-90) (200 μg, i.v., on day 3, 6, 9,12) can weaken the therapeutic effect of anti-PD-L1 mAb in female C57BL/6 mice bearing MC38 or EG7 tumors^[2].
