In Vitro

(S,S)-BRL-37344 shows EC50 >1000 nM forβ3, β2 and β1[1].
(S,S)-BRL-37344 does not induce concentration-dependent increases in atria1 rate and weakly induces relaxation of guinea pig trachea[1].
