Anhydrous copper sulfate, 99% (0-15 mg per kg of feed, daily, for 28 days) is beneficial for the growth performance of rats[2].

Administration: Oral
Result: Reduced feed intake, however, supplementing with copper had a significant positive impact on weight gain and feed conversion rates, increasing the copper content in the liver, heart, kidneys, and spleen, while the zinc content in the kidneys decreased.
