Domagrozumab is an anti-myostatin humanized monoclonal antibody with a K_D value of 2.6 pM for human myostatin. Domagrozumab induces muscle anabolic activity. Domagrozumab can be used in research of duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD)^[1].
