In Vivo

Obidoxime dichloride (intramuscular injection; 10 mg/kg; after 60 mins) exhibits a LD₅₀ of 57.7 mg/kg after administration of sarin, and it reduces reduces acute toxicity of sarin was evaluated^[1].
