S1P5 is a target with dual properties: In multiple sclerosis, it exhibits significant neuroprotective effects by promoting myelin regeneration and inhibiting the infiltration of inflammatory cells. In tumor immunotherapy, by regulating the functions of NK cells and monocytes, it is expected to enhance anti-tumor immunity[1].
