Scorpion toxin Tf2 (Compound Tf2) (1 μM) selectively shifts the voltage-dependence of human Nav1.3 activation to more negative values by ~16 mV, with no effect on human Nav1.1-Nav1.2, Nav1.4-Nav1.7, or rat Nav1.8 channels expressed in Xenopus laevis oocytes[1].
