Aminocandin (HMR 3270) is water-soluble antifungal agent of the echinocandin class with excellent activity against Aspergillus and Candida spp.^[1].

Aminocandin (HMR 3270) inhibits Fluconazole (HY-B0101)-resistant C. albicans strain MRL 648 with an MIC of 0.25 mg/L^[2].
Aminocandin shows half-life of 48-58 h^[2].
