Anti-Mouse NKG2D/CD314 Antibody (CX5) (10 μg/mL) reduces lysed leukemia cells by natural killer cells^[2].
Anti-Mouse NKG2D/CD314 Antibody (CX5) (10 μg/mL, 30 mins) significantly decreases the cytolytic activity of natural killer cells and abolishes the enriched environment–induced enhancement of natural killer-cell cytotoxicity to YAC-1 and Panc02 cells^[4].
