Anti-Rat FcRn heavy chain heterodimers Antibody (1G3) (1-30 mg/kg, i.p., at 2 and 24 h before disease induction with AChR mAb 35) almost completely prevents disease symptoms in female Lewis rats with an experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis (EAMG) model^[1].
Anti-Rat FcRn heavy chain heterodimers Antibody (1G3) (30 mg/kg, i.p., 3 times a week) significantly alleviate disease symptoms in female Lewis rats with an experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis (EAMG) model^[1].

Animal Model:	AChR mAb 35 (0.75-1 mg/kg) induced female Lewis rats (100 g)^[1]
Dosage:	1, 3, 10 and 30 mg/kg
Administration:	Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), at 2 and 24 h before disease induction with AChR mAb 35
Result:	Significantly reduced disease score at 30 mg/kg. Significantly reduced serum mAb 35 level. Maintained normal weight and grip strength, while the control group decreased.

Animal Model:	AChR and CFA (HY-153808) induced female Lewis rats (6-7 weeks, 150 g)^[1]
Dosage:	30 mg/kg
Administration:	Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), 3 times a week
Result:	Significantly reduced disease score. Reduced serum total IgG and anti-AChR IgG levels, but did not affect IgM. Had no effect on spleen and lymph node weight.
