  • Western blot analysis of extracts from HY-P70499 (lane 2(50 ng), HY-P72468 (lane 3(50 ng), HY-P7993A (lane 4(50 ng) and HY-P70620 (lane 5(50 ng) using His-tag (HRP) (HY-P80947A) Mouse mAb. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80438, 1/10000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1/10000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

  • Western blot analysis was performed on extracts from K005-10ng (lane 1, 10ng), K005-5ng (lane 2, 5ng), K005-2ng (lane 3, 2ng), K005-1ng (lane 4, 1ng), K005-0.5ng (lane 5, 0.5ng), and K005-0.1ng (lane 6, 0.1ng) using His Tag Mouse mAb (HRP).Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight.The primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) was incubated in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 1 hour at 37°C.

Function：His tags are short peptide sequences (usually composed of 6-10 consecutive histidine residues) fused to the N-terminus or C-terminus of a target protein through genetic engineering. They are used for the efficient and rapid purification of recombinant proteins using metal chelate affinity chromatography.
