Biological Activity
  • Flow Cytometry analysis of Jurkat cells labelling CD3 (red) with Catumaxomab at 1.0 μg/mL for 1 hour at 4°C. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (PE) at a dilution of 1/1000 was used as the secondary antibody. Blue - Isotype control, human IgG. Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
  • Immobilized EpCAM/TROP1 Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi, HY-P72367) can bind Catumaxomab. The EC50 for this effect is 579.8 ng/mL.
