  • Loaded Lorvotuzumab on AHC2 biosensor, can bind NCAM-1/CD56 Protein, Human (HEK293, His-Avi, HY-P75932) with an affinity constant of 3.918E-09 M as determined in BLI assay.
  • Flow Cytometry analysis of SK-N-SH cells with NCAM1/CD56 (red) with Lorvotuzumab (anti-NCAM1/CD56) (HY-P99372). Goat Anti-Human IgG (Alexa Fluor 488) (HY-P83776) at a dilution of 1/1000 was used as the secondary antibody. Blue-Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001). Black-Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
