Magrolimab  (Synonyms: Hu5F9-G4)

Magrolimab (Hu5F9-G4) is a humanized anti-CD47 antibody. Magrolimab, an IgG4 isotype, lacks ADCC function and exhibits relatively weak ADCP effector function. Magrolimab can be used for the study of malignant bone tumors and breast cancer^[1][2][3].
